1. Delivery Details
All products ordered that are currently in stock will be dispatched on the same day or the next day. Please allow between 4-8 working days for delivery* (depending on destination address & freight option chosen) from the date of despatch of your order. All products that need to be ordered in by Nortrade from a Supplier will take a further 4-8 days prior to despatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not accepted.

The Seller offers FREE delivery for all orders over $25 in the Metropolitan Area of Darwin, including the Industrial Area, Palmerston and Robertson Barracks. The Seller also provides Free on Board (FOB) delivery to chosen transport within the Darwin & Metropolitan Area, or will arrange Australia Post/Transport Pickups as required by the Buyer.

We offer same-day and overnight delivery in the Darwin area, subject to stock availability and time of order.

2. Returns policy
Any goods, which are damage or defective or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Buyer?s order, may be returned to the Seller within 30 Days of delivery, subject to examination under Warranty, or to mis-use of the Tool in the opinion of the Seller. Any Warranty Claims are subject to the Manufacturer?s Warranty Conditions, which are available at the time of purchase.

• Provided that it is done so within 30 days of delivery and a return authorization is obtained from the Seller
• Provided that the goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;
• At the Customer's own expense, or to the Customer's account and
• On the basis that risk in the goods remains with the Customer until the goods are received by the Seller , and that a restocking or return fee may be charged.
• Further that it shall be at the Seller?s discretion to accept on Return any Goods which are ordered or manufactured to the Buyer's specific condition.
